Michael Best Strategies is proud to announce Steven “Mickey” Foti has joined the firm.

Mickey Foti served in the Wisconsin State Legislature for 22 years, prior to most recently owning Hanson Service Corporation. During his time at the Capitol, he served as Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Finance and Majority Leader of the Wisconsin Assembly. He has close ties with the present leaders of both the Wisconsin Senate and Assembly.

“Mickey Foti is a dynamic entrepreneur and former legislative leader who has built a successful, respected government relations firm,” said Rob Marchant, President of Michael Best Strategies.

Across five states and in Washington, D.C., Michael Best Strategies’ clients seek a multi-facetted, strategic approach on policy and regulatory matters, requiring policy expertise and a proactive mix of traditional lobbying, public affairs, community and stakeholder engagement, and political relationship building. Mickey Foti brings senior level experience and a wealth of relationships across the country, which fits well with the firm’s strategic approach and multi-state and federal platform.

Michael Best Strategies also announced this week that former Wisconsin Medicaid Director

“We continue to experience phenomenal growth in all our lines of business and, consequently, we continue to attract energetic, talented professionals who are interested in working hard and growing with us,” added Marchant.
