Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) is out with a new ad this week praising Tim Michels as a “job creator with a plan to rescue our economy,” while pointing to President Joe Biden’s and Governor Tony Evers’ “tax and spending policies” for making inflation and high gas prices worse. According to WisPolitics.com, the spot is part of a six-figure ad campaign that will run on digital and streaming services. The ad urges viewers to thank Michels for “supporting lower taxes, safer neighborhoods and better schools.” It also comes on the heels of another issue-based advertising campaign from WMC last winter that took aim at Evers over his tax policies.
