Senator Ron Johnson (R-Oshkosh) released a new ad this week alleging Democratic challenger Mandela Barnes appeared on Russian TV and gave an interview that “rationalize[d] violence against American police officers.” The ad includes a clip from the interview in which Barnes says, “police officers are exercising their badness.” No information was given regarding the spend on the ad or where it will be airing.
