Alesha is an attorney and experienced communications professional equipped to advise clients with complex problems. Alesha has extensive background in strategic communications, policy and candidate research, and social media strategies. She assists the team with research, communications, and strategic communications matters for corporate and non-profit clients.
Before joining Strategies, Alesha assisted political candidates and campaigns with their research and communications strategy. While at Marquette University Law School, Alesha worked for a gubernatorial campaign and public policy non-profit conducting research, developing a comprehensive communications strategy, and assisting with crisis communications and debate preparation. She also served as a Litigation Center Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce where she conducted legal research and drafted communications for corporate members.
Alesha previously worked as the Communications and Research Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin, serving as the party’s spokeswoman and conducting opposition and policy research for its efforts. While in college, Alesha served as the Chairwoman of the Wisconsin Federation of College Republicans, coordinating the political efforts of 16 chapters on college campuses across the state.
