Alison DiPilla

Alison brings nearly 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry to her role as a Principal in Michael Best Strategies’ Healthcare Innovation Group. In her role, Alison focuses on assisting clients who are bringing strategy and innovation to the healthcare space.

Before joining Strategies, Alison served as Chief Operating Officer for Uprise Health, a health insurance agency and leader in mental health services and technology. As COO, Alison combined processes, teams, and technology into a comprehensive and cohesive service model.  With P&L responsibility for over $25 million, Alison focused on standardizing processes, KPIs, and accountability to optimize efficiency and support sales goals.

Alison previously spent 15 years with Humana, Inc, serving in her final role there as Senior Director of Implementation and Integration for the Humana Wellness Division, where she had responsibility for all Wellness Operations. She earlier served as Director of Business Development and Expansion for Humana’s Midwest Division.
