Eric has more than 20 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare payor sector. He has significant experience launching new technologies and solving complex go-to-market issues to achieve business growth goals.

Eric leverages his considerable expertise to help clients enhance and execute strategies to deliver maximum profitability. He applies years of experience within product management, pharmacy benefits services, healthcare technologies, and finance to help core teams prioritize innovation to drive improved consumer experiences. Many of his roles have involved a common theme of healthcare stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Strategies, Eric served as director of technology product strategy where he helped launch a new mobile application and digital investment tools for consumer health accounts (HSA, HRA, FSA). He was also responsible for overseeing the technology roadmap and capital budget for consumer platforms.

Eric also served as vice president of home delivery pharmacy strategy at a multinational managed healthcare and insurance company. He led home delivery pharmacy capabilities, growing the program by nearly two million members in a single year, and continued to drive pharmacy improvement by sponsoring and coaching a project team in the executive development program.


Previously, Eric served in several other leadership roles where he was responsible for successful growth opportunities including sales and marketing strategies to increase net income and market share, and customized solutions to enhance revenue.

Earlier in his career, Eric had roles at BMO Harris Bank and U.S. Bank. In these roles he gained experience leading teams to launch small business credit and revenue cycle management products, increase revenue, and establish strategic partnerships.

Eric has earned multiple certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master designations.
