Before joining Michael Best Strategies, Kim served as Regional Vice President of Health Plans and Strategist at Included Health. There she collaborated with leaders to develop solutions for maximizing and expanding virtual care and driving go-to-market growth.
Kim previously served as Vice President for Product and Innovation at Humana. She has held positions in all lines of the commercial business, with roles in strategy, product, and profit and loss leadership. Earlier, Kim spent nearly 15 years in marketing leadership roles across Humana’s commercial segments. She leverages her decades of health product and marketing leadership experience to help Strategies’ clients position their products and companies for success.
