Lisa is an experienced senior leader who has worked directly for, as well as consulted with, startups to major corporations. She specializes in defining and executing strategies that enable company growth and deliver maximum profitability. Her 30 years of experience has resulted in her being a respected, well-connected, and trusted advisor to executives both within and outside of Michael Best.
In her role as Director of Advisory Service Operations, Lisa oversees the Operations team as well as directs the operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for the Strategies division of Michael Best. She develops tactics and strategies to attain both short-term, long-term, and mission-critical financial and operational goals. Additionally, drawing on her 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Lisa manages the financial, operational, and administrative functions for the Healthcare Innovation Group within Strategies.
