Michael Best Strategies Partner Tami Buckner has been named to a new advisory board at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy created to support the school’s mission of building an inclusive community of well-rounded future leaders and providing innovative and forward-thinking solutions that encourage change for the common good.
The board will support the McCourt School in the advancement of its strategic priorities including:
- Eliminating tuition barriers for students seeking a policy education
- Doubling the size of the McCourt School faculty and to increase resources for research innovation
- Generating more bold and evidence-based policy solutions that serve the common good
