Rick Banks (D-Milwaukee) announced his candidacy for the 11th AD. He currently works at the Milwaukee County Office of Equity. The 11th AD is currently held by Rep. Dora Drake (D-Milwaukee) who has decided to run for State Senate. The district has an 85.3% Democratic lean.
